After Hours Care

If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest medical facility.

In addition to our regularly scheduled office hours, one of our physicians is available by telephone every evening, weekend, and holiday for urgent medical advice.

Please note that we do not refill routine medications or certain medication such as opioids (e.g., Vicodin, Norco, Percocet, etc.) after regular office hours.

For medication refills, please call your pharmacy or our office for assistance and allow at least 48 hours for processing.

The CU Denver Internal Medicine Group encourages patients go to the nearest facility depending on whether it is an urgent or emergent medical situation. When feasible, we recommend that patients go to a facility in their insurance network. Please contact your insurance carrier to confirm eligibility if you are able to delay treatment long enough to complete this additional step.

For urgent care, we are conveniently located near
